The Wholesale Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of medical cannabis products to and from grows, dispensaries and wholesale partners. The Wholesale Driver is to effectively lead by example and duties are in accordance with all delivery drivers.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr + Benefits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and enforce standard delivery operating procedures
  • Manage maintenance, state inspections and repairs of vehicle fleet
  • Inspect all delivery orders for accuracy 
  • Ensure transports are safely loaded and unloaded daily
  • Track routes and driving habits of all delivery staff using transportation tracking system
  • Maintain timely communication regarding deliveries, manifests, questions, and product returns
  • Maintain, adapt, and improve upon delivery times and schedules to maximize resources and minimize cost
  • Maintain accurate and compliant internal records; including schedules, invoices, manifests, vehicle information, and returns
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory using inventory tracking system
  • Participate in inventory audits
  • Coordinate and participate in communication between departments regarding movement of inventory, returns, and deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service to each vendor
  • Track movement of finished packaged cannabis products through completion of delivery
  • Responsible for delivery sales and refunds processed through the POS system
  • Other duties as assigned

1-2 years of safe Delivery Driver Experience preferred.  Must be insurable on a commercial insurance program (clean driver's history required).

  • Strong ability to package and process orders
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, transportation, and inventory tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of state regulations
 

Physical Requirements: 

Must be able to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time. 

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 

Must be 21 years or older to apply.
